Ben Duckworth
Managing Director
Hi, I am Ben Duckworth. I left school after my A Levels and joined Land Rover UK as a technical apprentice, graduating as an engineer four years later. Following this training program I worked as a project engineer on several new products before joining the family business in 2002. Upon joining Duckworth Land Rover, spending time in all departments, I have now progressed to Managing Director/Dealer Principal. I am a member of the Institute of Advanced Motorists and passed my exam several years ago. My interests include off-road driving and motor sports.

George Turner
Senior Service Advisor
Hi, I am George Turner. I have been at Duckworth Land Rover for a few months but I started life in the Motor Industry in 1967. I served my apprenticeship as a Panel Beater, progressing into the Parts Department in roles from counter sales to group trade sales. For the past nineteen years I have fulfilled roles within the service department from Aftersales Manager to Service Advisor. Vauxhall, Ford, Peugeot, Alfa Romeo, VW, Audi and BMW franchises have enabled me to experience a wide range of products and systems. I am a member of the Institute of Advanced Motorists and recently passed my exam.
Karl Harriman
Service Advisor
Hi, I am Karl Harriman. I have been with Duckworth Land Rover since leaving school at the age of 17. I started in the workshop as an apprentice and have worked my way to the service reception as a technical advisor, doing the qualification of Master Technician on the way. Outside of work I enjoy motorcycling and going to the gym. I see myself as a team player and a family man and love spending quality time with my 2 year old daughter.
Steve Howard
Workshop Forman / Master Technician
Hi, I am Steve Howard. I have had over 21years in the Motor Trade, spending over 10 of those at Duckworth Land Rover and 10 at a Daihatsu garage, Robert Wivell Ltd. In the 21 years I have had in the Motor Trader I have achieved RTITB Skills Test Stage 3 Assessment, up to and including City and Guilds Motor Vehicle Craft Studies Part 3, National Craft Certificate; Light Vehicle Mechanic, IMI Licentiate Automotive engineer (LAE), up to and including City and Guilds Motor Vehicle Technicians Part 3, BTEC HNC Motor Vehicle Management, City and Guilds Full Technological Certificate and an NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle and Mechanical and Electrical Systems. In 2001 I was the national winner of the Land Rover Auto Course and I am a member of the Institute of Advanced Motorists, passing my exam several years ago and I am a member of the Institute of the Motor Industry, My hobbies include MOTO GP, Live music, football and performance sports cars.
Dawn Barks
Service Administrator
Hi, I am Dawn Barks. I joined Duckworth Land Rover in 1992 as a Service Receptionist. During my eighteen years with the Dealership I have covered various roles, but my current role is Service Administrator. I am a member of the Institute of Advanced Motorists. I enjoy spending time with my dogs, I have three black labradors-Molly who is 13yrs old and two naughty puppies, Maisie and Poppy. So I am now spending lots of time attempting to train the pups, I attend a training class with them, which is helping to tame them a little. I am looking forward to training them to take part in Dog Agility classes when they get older. I also enjoy swimming, horse riding and going to the gym and cooking for friends at home. I am still renovating my cottage, which seems to take forever.

Martin McNair
Aftersales Manager
Hi, I am Martin McNair. I have been Aftersales Manager with Duckworth Boston since February 2008. From leaving school I went straight into an apprenticeship with a local Agricultural Engineer as a mechanic. Then I decided to brave the motor trade, starting off as a Technician then leading to be Service Manager with a Vauxhall dealer. My total years in the motor trade are over 17 years. My hobbies are motor sport. In fact, I have built, serviced and raced rally cars for over 25 years. My main aim is to provide the best after sales care possible for any Land Rover owner in the south of the county.
Guy Moore
Workshop Controller
Hi, I am Guy Moore, I am Workshop Controller with Duckworth Boston. I originally joined the Duckworth family business at Aisthorpe back in 1985 as a Technician. Then joining the Market Rasen team in 1989, when the new sparkly showroom was constructed. I stayed with the Market Rasen branch until 1994 and then sadly left the Duckworth brand for a while to become Service Manager with another dealership. However, in June this year I returned to the Duckworth family, this time with the Boston bunch as Workshop Controller. I am married with two children. My hobbies include Motorcycling, Walking and Cycling (when time allows)
Linda Ashton
Warranty Administrator
Hi, I am Linda Ashton and I am the Warranty Administrator with Duckworth Boston. I was mad enough to join the motor trade straight from leaving school, joining a major franchise dealer firstly as a Service Advisor on a YTS scheme and then transferring to Sales Administrator. I left work in 1997 after the birth of my son, Daniel, and then went back to the same site in 2003 as Service Advisor until leaving in 2006. I started working with Duckworth Boston in July 2008, as Warranty Administrator, after leaving my position at a local tyre distributor, so I have never escaped from the motor trade. When I have some spare time it is mainly spent with Dan, taking him to Football training, Ski-ing or Go-karting. I support Boston United (for my sins) and I am secretary of Freiston FC who compete in the Premier League of the Boston & District Football League. I enjoy watching British Touring Car Championships when weekends allow and watch Formula 1 and Moto GP on the TV if not!!

Joanne Parrish
Receptionist
Hi, I am Joanne Parrish. I recently joined the Duckworth Land Rover team in Kirton as Receptionist. I am new to the motor trade so I am learning plenty and thoroughly enjoying it. Since leaving school I worked in the travel industry and left in 2002 when I had my first child. I now have two boys ages 7 years and 5 years which keep me very busy. Away from work I spend my time with my fantastic family, we enjoy going on bike rides, swimming, cinema and eating out.
